my story
From Brasil and raised in São Paulo, I carry my culture with me in how I live, create, and move through the world. My path began in the culinary world as a trained chef, and later expanded into the corporate space, as a I earned by Business degree. Yet it was through holistic practices that I discovered a more honest and authentic way to relate to myself and others.
I am a student of yoga traditions, a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa instructor (200 RYT - Kest Yoga + completing my 300 RYT - Haum Yoga) and hold a Level 1 Pranayama certification through the Yoga Education Collective.
Based in the Bay Area since 2018, I offer a steady, breath-centered practice shaped by my studies in Yoga, mindfulness meditation, and functional movement. My classes are carefully sequenced, intentional, and an invitation to cultivate deep physical strength, mobility, self-awareness, and presence.
My path wasn’t mapped out. It grew from a longing to understand myself more fully, to hold my contradictions with compassion, and to find steadiness even in times of deep uncertainty. The practices I now share come from what I’ve needed most: space to feel, awaken inner strength, and soften into my own complexity.
Through my offerings, I hope to support you in coming home to yourself. To live an embodied life, nourished from within.
